We recommend the following procedure

1. Using distilled and structured water fill your hydrogen kettle to the correct level. If an electrolyte was not added during the structuring process then add it at this stage.  We recommend a small pinch of Epson salt.

2. To charge the water press either the Standard Hydrogen or High Hydrogen buttons. The timer commences automatically

3. Combining the use of the heater while hydrogenating accelerates the dissolving of the salts. It also increases the efficiency of the whole process.

4. Your water is ready to drink.

Serving suggestion:  If the heater function was used, add herbs of your choice to your cup to make a pleasant warm herbal infusion.
